Should be a great test for the Trees. ND is flat and fast!

times will be slow though, it rained all day and it's supposed to rain tomorrow too I think.

Forecast: High of 54 today. Winds NNW at 30 mph, with gusts of 40 mph. Sounds awesome. Good day to follow.

exact same weather we had out here yesterday, it was really windy. All that will be out of here for the ISU football game tomorrow night

My Accu-Weather site says it will be clear and between 62-66 degrees during the game. If that holds, that is almost perfect weather.
Note: "Senior" moment. That is the forecast in SIOUX FALLS, not South Bend. Maybe I need to read the WHOLE thread first. Sorry about that.!

we haven't had any rain out here literally, in several weeks, so ISU won't need to be worrying about playing in a muddy mess tomorrow night.
Not so much for the cross country teams today, the course could be quite muddy yet. The wind will help dry it out though.

I will say this, the weather is urgently killing my industry of Soybean sales.

I could see that happening.

Looks like the women will get the best course conditions, since they're running first. The course will be a mess by the time the men compete--they have four races in front of them. Hope they brought the long spikes today!

on twitter someone posted a photo of results, it looks like the ISU men were 21st of 26 teams in the Blue division with 525 points. This was a VERY difficult meet with a lot of highly ranked teams. Not sure on how they ran timewise yet.

full results for the men, still waiting on women's results. The men I'm sure are disappointed as they ran slower than 2 weeks ago. The course may have been slow d/t being wet, but not sure on that yet. Again, a tough race, but I'm sure they were hoping for a top 15 team finish.
weather description from the ND website:
Runners fought through tough conditions all day, as temperatures dipped into the high 40's and winds blew at 20-30 MPH, with top gusts reaching 40 MPH and above. Due to severe rain in the area over the last week, the course was extremely wet, with soft spots throughout. The meet started out with ominous clouds and small showers and ended with sunny skies.
