Popped up on Rivals today saying he has an offer from Indiana State. Also said he will or has visited IU.

I believe his primary position is punter. He got quite a bit of national attention after a few kicking camps last year. I'll try to find some articles. From what I've heard he has an option to go to Virginia Tech to compete for the job there against a couple of other freshman. Best performer would get the schollie.
