Been in contact with most of the local media regarding the new site and the response has been very supportive. We are very close to getting a direct link to the site on WTHI TV 10 sports page. Mens Asst. Coach Greg Lansing is very excited about the new site. He's contacted me more than once regarding the site and is willing to help in whatever way we need him. Keep spreading the word and as the season approaches for the men and women this should be THE online place for State fans!

How about a link from GOSYCAMORES.COM? Many athletic websites have fan forums, this could be ours...not sure about the legal ramifications, though...

I don't think this will be a possiabilty. Ron Prettyman is very supportive of the new site but I got the vibe he wouldn't/can't link to us from the official site.

Fan forums are a bad idea when they are "official" because they can easily lead to recruiting and other NCCA violations.

Agreed, plus school officials DON'T want links to sites that might say "get rid of ISU football" or "Fire Coach ______" linked to thier official sites. Just leads to alot of trouble...imagine if Michigan's official site had links to fan site right now..lol
