This kid is also having a great AAU summer. It's too bad he jumped so quickly at the Ohio offer. I was told by someone at Tipton that Indiana State was coming to visit and then he went off and committed.

Not quite that way. He committed in June, at a time when colleges can't visit the school, but an offer was coming at team camp. As they figured out who was in charge of the summer program while Tipton was looking for a new coach, they worked to get Tipton into their team camp, even though Tipton could be there just one day of it.
