State of Indiana Budget and ISU

Saw a blurb from Gov Daniels regarding his stance to 'stop all capital projects at state universities' Has anyone read/heard how or if this will affect the razing of the CoB (Statesman Towers) and the move to the T-H Federal Building? Know Uncle Sam was providing big $$ to rehab / prep the fed building for transfer to State but State would still spend $$$ to finish it.

Hate to see a great project like this be derailed.
