Eric Schulz is running again! His summer training for the up comming 2009 Cross Country Season has begun. Fallow his progress on his blog stickyed above. And if you have any questions for Eric about your own personally training or his training be sure to post them here!

Eric - What do you do on days when you are just not motivated to run? Say the weather is to hot, or you stayed out to late and are tired. Do you have some days when you just don't feel like running?

I found it very hard to be disciplined enough to run every single day. I would get busy with something else (usually golf) and I would not get my run in. Granted I was not training for the up coming xc season so I wasn't really letting my teammates down by taking the day off.

Let's see.....Jersey Shore commented on your blog.....I'm not sure who it is but I think the "Jersey" means New Jersey and the witty comment definitely points to Coach Wayton....just gonna throw that out there haha.

I am gonna guess that it's Wayton also... He's not trying to hide anything with that name... He loves Jersey like no other!

Hey Eric - have you been running with Disher? Being in Indy and all I figured you guys might be running together? Are you going to be in TH this weekend? Lambo's wedding?

In a couple of my blog's I mentioned that Disher road his bike next to me. He has done that 3-4 times to show me new places to run and to give me company. The reason he was biking and not running is because he was on his break. I think he will be starting today. we will be running together this summer as much as we can. I will be in TH this weekend to run the HAlf Day Relay race in Hawthorne park (on Dave S. team). I will be running in TH on Fri and Sun so if you live in TH and want to run hit me up.

I have one of those watches you are talking about - one of my most cherished memories ever! Winning an MVC title was pretty sweet! Not all of us can be Kylie Hutson and be 2 time National Champions! But it sure is nice to bring home that team hardware - nothing like it really! 2006 MVC Champions!

Good job Schulz!! It was fun competing against you at Hawthorne, but I think I'd rather be on your side than competing against from now on. keep up the good work dood!

I like that you are concern that is a true teammate. No Disher ran with Pabody in the morning. I had to work in the morning so I had to run after work and Disher just came along to keep me company.
