Sycamores lose in 5 sets to Creighton tonight 3-2, after having been up 2-1, now 0-3 in MVC play, not much different than 2008 sadly.

Sycamores win 3-0 over Drake tonight, not sure when the last time VB won in 3 games over an MVC foe, but it's been MANY years.

They had an MVC win last year for the first time in years...I think it was vs. Illinois State, can't remember for sure. The crowd at VB tonight was huge!! Big turnout...here's a team that is turning it around in a hurry in a very strong VB conference!

I actually meant to say it was the 1st time ISU has won an MVC match by a 3-0 score, I think it's been years, maybe decades, since they last did that, none the less, congrats! Now need to keep winning. I think they won 2 MVC matches in 2008.

Considering what I just read from ISU76 it could be a long night tonight as well...Jays looked awfully good last night as I watched them dismantle the ISU Redbirds volleyball...free tickets and I wanted to check out the Jays new facility which is very very nice.

SIU quickly dispatches of ISU in Terre Haute tonight 3-0, sadly this team just isn't very good, I really thought they'd be much better this season, but apparently not.

Hope this isn't a preminission of tomorrow's FB game.

ISU playing at home tonight vs. Evansville, already down 2 games to 0 and losing in the 3rd game, appears the team has waived the white flag on the season, they're not even being competitive (judging by scores).

Assume this will be another loss unless there is a miraculous comeback.

surprise, the Sycamores are on the verge of being swept by last place Bradley tonight at Bradley. The Braves have yet to win a single match in MVC play this season, but it looks like they'll easily handle ISU, sheesh, what's with this team?

my goodness gracious, the Sycamores come back from down 2-0 to WIN ON THE ROAD at Bradley tonight 3-2 (game 5 went OT, ISU won 18-16 in the 5th game). Finally! Another losing streak is OVER! (ISU hadn't won a road match in MVC play in years)

didn't catch the match, but knew what the outcome would be anyway, ISU lost to UNI last night 3-0, so no surprise there.

that'd be nice, but with WSU and MSU coming to town I wouldn't get my hopes up. Miracles do happen though!
