I like the "keep PRing" goal. A 3-time national champion with the drive to keep improving--fantastic! When I coached kids (football, baseball) I used to tell them one of their goals should be to improve every week. This goal fits for any athlete at any level of talent.

I tell my kids that same thing--and that goal works on the court, on the field and most importantly in the classroom.
