We first have to admit there hasn't been much for fans and students to get excited about in a while so we have to be patient (and positive). Best thing is to come up with some good ideas and suggetions for the administration to consider.
1). Improve the entertainment factor...improve the PA system and play more current music between plays the students like (other than rap!).
2). Somehow utilize the other side of the filed for younger kids to to hang out and play (IU has utilized one end of their stadium for kids to play and throw balls, etc.)
3). invite and recognize HS, MS, youth football programs, YMCA's/Boys & Girls Club, etc. the kids come their parents will attend too
4). Organze some kind of bus shuttle from campus to get frats, sororities and others to attend.
5). I know this doesn"t sound like much, but the lighting is terrible and makes the environment seem very gloomy...even depresses me!
Add to the list and maybe we can get some things over time-
