Cutter, described as a Steve Nash-type of point guard, averaged 18.5 points, 5 assists, 2 steals, and 4 rebounds per game for Murfreesboro Siegel, one of the best teams in the middle Tennessee region in recent years. Siegel was a Final Four team in the Tennessee tournament two seasons ago.

Most of the time, a recruit ends up in the cross hairs of a collegiate coaching staff by design. Then there?s recruits like Tyler Cutter.Cutter, a 6-foot point guard from Murfreesboro, Tenn., was not being actively recruited by Indiana State when the ISU coaching staff took in one of his Tennessee Travelers? AAU games this summer.

In case you guys missed it, Cutter is on the rise over on Rivals. He is now a 3 star! I know these don't mean a whole lot, but it means we aren't the only ones noticing his rise! From what I hear they are off on Richards still. Everyone who has seen him play say he is very underrated! Bodes well for the Sycamores future!

Just think...when your bros. took over, we had a backcourt which included of Cutter, Holmstrom & Stinson...now the backcourt includes Kelly, Lathan & Odum.

Now that's called PROGRAM BUILDING.

Looking in Cutters season stats they go like this lead team in minutes played averageing 25.5 mins per game . shot a horrible 16 % from 3point land while shooting 40% overall. only shot 67 % from the line but he did lead the team with 168 assists . he did have 98 turnovers but if you compare this output to output of our guards he did a little better in these areas
