I'm hearing Indiana State is interested in Tony. Listed at anywhere from 6-foot-6 to 6-foot-8, but heard he is a definitely a paint guy, quick off the floor. Offensive game needs work, as does his dribbling.

Per ESPN:
Wilson impacts the game with his athletic ability. He is a long and active power forward that runs the floor well and rebounds on both ends with great energy and urgency. Wilson pursues the ball in and out of his area on a consistent basis. Wilson is a tip dunker when trailing the play in transition and must be blocked out aggressively in the half court or the result will be double figure rebounds. Wilson displayed good hands when he received and finished drop off passes that were created by dribble penetration. He has a comfortable shooting range to about 12 feet with needed time and space. Defensively Wilson contests, changes and blocks shots and is a capable defender in the post or on the perimeter. Wilson must work to improve his skills and add strength but he has a tremendous upside.

Definitely closer to 6'6 than 6'8. The ESPN scouting report is right on.

http://www.news-sentinel.com/apps/pb...311179998/1002Wilson has drawn recruiting interest from IPFW, Eastern Michigan, Indiana State and several junior colleges. A few academic issues have kept some bigger Division I colleges, including Butler and Notre Dame, from offering him a scholarship, Khaliq said. If he opts for the junior-college route, he could end up with a high D-I program in two years.

Update on Wilson
Fort Wayne North Side senior Antonio Wilson, an athletic 6-8 forward, will go the junior college route, although several Division I programs continue to show interest, North Side coach Shabazz Khaliq said.
"He got himself in a big hole academically early in high school," Khaliq said. "If he does what he needs to do and gets himself qualified, there are going to be some doors opened up for him."
Khaliq said Purdue is at the top of the list of "high major" programs that continue to track Wilson, who is considering Hutchinson (Kan.), Chipola (Fla.) and Howard (Texas) among his junior college options. Khaliq said other schools showing interest are Eastern Kentucky, Eastern Michigan, Illinois State, Indiana State and St. Bonaventure.
Because of academic issues, Wilson didn't play basketball his freshman or sophomore years at Fort Wayne South Side. He transferred to Elmhurst and played as a junior. After Elmhurst closed, Wilson transferred to North Side. He's averaging 10 points, 13 rebounds and six blocks a game for the 4A Redskins (9-8).
"He's never been an aggressive offensive player," Khaliq said. "But in my 20 years in Fort Wayne, I've never seen a guy who can change a game the way he can defensively. He's not going to be the focal point on offense, but he's super athletic and can run the floor and finish."
