    This kid definitely has the look of a very good D1 basketball. I am interested to see if he is going to be a "project" to develop or if he is going to be a homerun if we can land him. Seems like the type of player illinois state has been after for the past 3-4 years, wouldn't be surprised to see their name in the hat soon.

    I think this guy lost his spot when Thomas committed. We would always grab a big that is good enough for us; however, I think we would focus on some guards that can shoot and athletic wings that can handle.

    By watching practice, I think we are getting away from perimeter players that cannot handle the ball. Brown is an example of someone that improved his handling a lot in his career, but I consider him an exception. In today's game, you need players that can penetrate unless they are great shooters.
