I prefer McCoy between the tackles myself. I think he is more tough than fast and can move through contact.

They are bad at defense and good at offense. We may need to score some points. Have you noticed for 2-3 weeks nobody seems to account for Boyle on the read option/zone read and its not even close. There hasnt been a 2nd level defender available for a tackle either

Yup. That is also why I like McCoy inside or off tackle. You can have Boyle run RPO with Titus and if he makes the right read, one of them should be picking up yards.

I really wish we'd see more slants or those bubble screens added to help keep those backers and safeties spread for that reason as well. Space the field well and then make a man miss. I know Hendrix has wheels, but I could him being devastating like ODB if they can get him on a medium slant where he can just make one jab and then separate.

Not that fast and not that big, but he seems to have good vision and that makes up for a lot if you're a running back, allows him to be deceptively quick. His running style reminds me a little of Edgerrin James.

Just got home from the gym. Watched via ESPN+ on my phone.

So far, about what I had expected. Rush D has been a let down, but otherwise, status quo as to how we've been playing.

Sycamores just filled the gaps on that 4th and 1 and stoned them. Big time stop there.

Boyle was just wrapped up by 2 guys and a third guy picked up his legs and then they dropped him. I don't know if I've ever seen that. LOL
