    ISU women's BB loses home opener to IUPUI

    it would be a great win, IUPUI is ranked #17 in the latest women's top 25 mid major poll, Drake is #1 of course, and also #21 in the women's national AP poll.
    Win this and the women should start to receive votes in the mid major poll.

    as a side note, UNI came to Indy and crushed IUPUI Friday night, so if we can win this game then we'll contend for a top 3 spot in the MVC, Drake is probably going to cruise to the MVC title.

    Although it is bad to lose to instate schools, at least it was women's basketball. Not too many people will know.

    Editing my post because I wasn't proud of what I wrote, it was immature.

    But I still want to comment on the above post...I think it's a lame response given all the hard work the women are putting in and the excitement that coach Hall is creating for the program in the Terre Haute community.
