    We'll just agree to disagree...

The T-H Metro Area (MSA) is 171,019 (2015 est), that area includes Vigo, Clay, Sullivan and Vermillion Counties in Indiana; the neighboring Illinois counties of Crawford (19,308), Clark (15,938) and Edgar (17,566) bring the total to 223,831 -- all numbers are 2015-2016 estimates.

As to naming restrictions; what does the state of Indiana say? Same with county, city policies... the NCAA likely won't care as long as ISU doesn't host NCAA events while said advertising takes place... what does the university say?

All a moot point as the casino won't draw enough -- it'll just be a white elephant in town
