as expected we're in the Junior Varsity race at Notre Dame tomorrow, it's a flat, fast course, so hopefully we run our A teams and everyone PRs.

Well, I believe Sycamore Cross Country has hit a new all time low. The men didn't even have enough runners finish to be able to score as a team, so we didn't count in the team standings. Noah Hufnagel ran respectable, that was about the only highlight.

With only 4 runners now we won't be able to score in the MVC meet. Maybe we're still holding out some of our runners to peak for the NCAA Pre National meet in 2 weeks at ISU? Hard telling? But at this point things are very grim. Even Valpo, the usual MVC doormat, along with Evansville, averaged 25:36 for their top 5 runners, which is light years ahead of what ISU has right now.

The women on the other hand didn't finish in last place, in a very weak field they were 17th out of 25 teams. But they at least had enough finish to score as a team. They're just not very good at this point. Not sure we'll see either team place in the top 6 at the MVC meet at this point.
