Illinois State has a really good defense and a really good running back (Robinson). If we can stop him on defense we will give ourselves a chance because their passing game is almost as bad as ours. Illinois State is similar to the team we had in 2012. Believe it or not this is a winnable game if we can stop their RB.

I think we have a pretty good shot to win this. The last time we won there was 1997 and I was a Senior on that team...and Im old.

We should have won there in 2011. That was the last game I went to in Normal. Illinois State is just one of those teams that always has our number at their place. Hopefully this year is different.

agreed, I was at that one sitting on their "threat to human life" visitor bleachers.

as far as team that have our number at their place....a lot of schools can say that.

Easily the worst bleachers I've ever sat on.

Yes. I was uncomfortable standing on them. They felt like they were just going to split.

Anyone going to the game. I’m taking the family for our yearly in-state road game.
