Can't find my 2018-2019 final spreadsheet so I don't have last year's final numbers, but here is the first installment after 7 games this year:

    25.86 - Cooper Neese
    25.67 - Tyreke Key
    22.13 - Jordan Barnes
    20.27 - De'avion Washington
    17.18 - Christopher Agbo
    16.46 - Christian Williams
    14.08 - Jake LaRavia
    10.64 - Cobie Barnes
    09.36 - Bronson Kessinger
    06.36 - Tre Williams
    00.86 - Cam Bacote
    00.00 - Keon Sellars
    -59.54 - Tyeshon Martin

According to John Hollinger, here is his PER Reference Guide. Keep in mind it is geared towards NBA players, but you can get a general idea of what the number above is considered:

    Weak MVP Candidate: 25.0
    Bona fide All-Star: 22.5
    Borderline All-Star: 20.0
    Solid 2nd option: 18.0
    3rd Banana: 16.5

    Scrounging for minutes: 11.0
    Definitely renting: 9.0
