Seems a bit of an oxymoron; the league knows who's eligible for the draft; McCauley will land in a foreign league before he lands in the NBA

You don't... it's more just to let people that have followed him know. Anyone that exhausts eligibility is automatically draft eligible. Where announcing it may be valuable is for overseas talent folks, but that is what your agent is for, too.

I think Voss could have a career similar to David Moss and play for a long time overseas. Playing in a slightly slower pace but more spacing could actually make him an even deadlier scorer.

Came across his profile earlier today, so it got me wondering about how his season was going overseas. His team, Residence Walferdange, just lost in the second round (semifinals) of the LBBL playoffs.

I believe he was a starter and averaged 30.3 minutes per game. The team finished 13-9, good for a fourth place finish in the regular season.
